To make an appointment, please include the date and time you would like, also a phone number where you can be reached. We will get back to you promptly with availability and to confirm your appointment. We also welcome any questions or concerns you might have. Hours for appointments: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday appointments 1st one at 10am, last one at 6pm. Saturday appointments 1st one at 9am, last one 4pm.
